(the “Company”) is a mutual fund corporation incorporated under the laws of Ontario by articles of incorporation dated May 25, 2005, as amended June 28, 2005, April 23, 2009, December 22, 2011, January 17, 2012 and January 20, 2012. The Company was initially incorporated under the name “Prime Rate Plus Corp.” On April 23, 2009 the Company changed its name to “Canadian…More Banc Recovery Corp.” and on January 20, 2012 the Company adopted its current name.
