OVS S.p.A. is Italy's leading group in the clothing market, creating, developing and marketing menswear, womenswear and childrenswear under the OVS and UPIM brands. The OVS brand was created as part of the Coin Group in 1972. OVS S.p.A. also owns the UPIM brand, which is positioned in the value segment of the men's women's and children's clothing market in Italy and mainly targets families. UPIM has been operating in Italy since 1928 and was acquired in 2009.
